It is just as well that we love being out on the Nomad because as much as we really enjoy Myall Lakes, it was way too hot at the beach, particularly as we were dressed in jeans and boots! There was a very dry heat and the glare off the sand was blinding.
Even the photo’s are few and far between for this day ride and of course the Pacific Hwy really don’t have anything in the way of scenery that is worth photographing. After this ride we made the decision that all future beach rides would include using the luggage rack so that we will have enough room to pack the “beach” essentials.
