Despite the fact that it was freezing, what a great day for a bike ride! Especially considering we have only just got the Nomad back on the road. As per usual, Giggles couldn’t think of a direction or destination so Burp chose to go on some beautiful country roads ending up at Singleton.20

It was just a shame that Giggles wore the wrong jeans and boots so for the entire duration of the ride, her knees and ankles were blue from cold. Of course Burp stated that if Giggles wore jeans that didn’t have rips in them, there wouldn’t be a problem whereas Giggles feels that Burp has no idea at all about fashion.

We had a pit stop at Greta because the Nomad was feeling thirsty and Giggles always panics about running out of fuel.

Once we arrived at Singleton we decided to stop at the Imperial Hotel for lunch. If you haven’t been there, you really need to go. The staff were so incredibly friendly and the food was amazing. We had a great meal and will certainly go back another day.

When we left Singleton, we went home via the Expressway and by the time we reached home, Giggles was very happy to go inside and put the heater on.
